Of course, ours is a service based business and we take great pride in giving our customers the best possible experience. That has meant investing time and resources into reviewing our processes and improving all facets of the customer experience to give people not just a fantastic skydive, but an enjoyable day out to share with their friends and family.
None of this would be possible without the hard work of our team, which comprises admin staff, skydivers, parachute packers, pilots, maintenance crews, ground support and more.
